Saw both, was really excited to see New York, I Love You because I love Paris but it was ok... mediocre at best. But it could also be because I went into it with such high expectations. Paris eventually really ended up telling the story of each arrondissement (sp?) but that was really missing in NY, which was unfortunate because NY neighborhoods could truly be characters in themselves, but I think that was really only seen with the Hasidic Jew story in the diamond district.
